What’s the meaning behind the Potli brand name?
Potli means in hindi a small bag that holds something sacred, like herbs. We came upon that name when we were shifting from being a Honey only company, our name used to be called HoneyPot Supply, dropping the honey to make a new word. We are so grateful that it means something so special.
Do you have a favorite product in the line?
My favorite product would have to be our Shrimp Chips. They are nostalgic and fun, and such a joy to create.
Since starting, what’s been the biggest lesson you’ve learned as a women owned business?
The biggest lesson learned has got to be standing my sacred ground. It's easy to puff up or shrink when operating a business. I certainly am in the practice of making my physical body be as large as can be prior to an important meeting, but this industry is so humbling. And if you stand your sacred ground on what you truly believe in, investors, customers, buyers, team, and collaborators will see that and respect you for it.
How do you think Potli products compliment Etain’s medical marijuana products?

How do you Take A Moment?
My morning ritual is writing daily morning journals, 3 pages. It's the best way for me to process any hard emotions or celebrate the wins. It helps me organize my day and prioritize what is necessary to complete within the day. It's also a beautiful way to commemorate special moments so that I'll never forget the details on how something made me feel. I have been in habit of doing this for the past 3 years, it has changed my life and it is how I Take A Moment for myself.
