Beginning October 5th, 2022, NYS certified patients and designated caregivers who are at least twenty-one years old and registered with the Office of Cannabis Management can grow cannabis at home. Full rules and regulations, click here.
Etain is happy that NYS certified patients and designated caregivers registered with the Office of Cannabis Management can now grow cannabis at home. We are working internally to look to be able to supply the NYS patient community with products and resources to support this exciting advancement in the program.
